RNA stranded molecules are complimentary to DNA strands of a gene. They go hand in hand. mRNA essentially does modify your DNA in so much that the DNA strand of a gene can be artificially transcribed into RNA and then read by ribosomes to begin producing the specific protein it's coded for. Being that you are artificially calling for this protein to be produced, you are MODIFYING the process of genes in your body.

They do indeed. But I think Trump is on the right path here. I would assume advocating for repeal in its entirety means the plan is to completely replace. Which is a much more efficient way to go about this. Trying to go through the bureaucracy and redefine/change certain components and views on definitions is slow and generally doesn't achieve the goals after it goes through layer upon layer of roadblocks and subversion. It's much easier to just nuke the entire thing and write a new one that is concise and unambiguous.
Perhaps we can look to government legislation on this.

My theory on why empty envelopes (if fraud was comitted) is to provide timely cover for auditing purposes. They no doubt had fraudulent physical ballots....but they wouldve definitely preplanned envelopes for those and made them look legit. These would also be harder to discover without a full, in depth audit. What i think may have happened is they realized they didnt have enough fraudulent ballots to win so they began double and triple scanning ballots. They probably knew that an audit of envelopes would expose this and probably be the first check if the results are called into question due to the drastic change happening due solely to mail in ballot batches. To cover this up...they added some fresh envelopes into the mix to match the reported tally of mail in votes.
For an auditor... you wouldnt manually check every ballot to name on envelope. That would take forever. You may not even count them individually due to time and human error. You'd most likely use the weight of envelopes at first since theyre all the same and ballots may be different by precinct. If the weight is fairly close numbers wise to what it should be, that would mean any fraud is baked into the ballots themselves which is MUCH harder to find and prove due to time constraints with certification.
Tl;dr Mail in voting has so many holes for fraud its ridiculous we as a country ever let this happen in the first place.

You seem to understand the gist of things. Probably better than i do. However where this new tech gets lost is the big jump in logic you have to make to justify that this is a natural body response to the mRNA code. For one, the code can be written to cause your cells to react in UNnatural ways (ie responses that are not biological). The mRNA is simply an input that is matched to a particular gene. Im not sure the best way to describe it so here is an analogy...
Your body is a computer. You have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, harddrive, etc etc. The computer runs on an operating system (DNA). The operating system uses resources to reads inputs and produce outputs. Naturally, the inputs are generally read, broken down, and then compiled and distributed in an efficient manner throughout the computer as a whole. mRNA as an injection is basically a run around of this operating process. In many ways, it works like a computer virus would in the sense its a file (line of code) being introduced that removes control over resources away from the operating system and forcefully commands your operating system to produce an output it otherwise would not. While this could be useful in some aspects of "programming"....there are too many unaccounted variables that could lead to unintentionally compromising the system or bricking it entirely. Thus the question becomes....do you trust the source of the file? For me, that is a resounding NO!
