When considering major action, it can’t hurt to cover your bases. Declaring a more current state of emergency is certainly that. Also, more troops.

According to this timeline, Romney owned Smartmatic when he lost to Obama in 2012 by a scant 5 million votes or so. I wonder how much he sold out for??

It’s exactly right though. GamerPepe’s comment goes along with this concept: If you can keep Trillions of dollars tied into huge govt projects, those dollars can’t buy other goods that would normally be bought by average business or consumer. Thereby negating inflationary pressures. (or to your point, hyperinflation)
