What will happen is that the government will export any U.S. mined lithium, for pennies on the dollar, and then turn around and pay whatever premium China demands for Chinese lithium, or Chinese manufactured batteries.

Yep - be wary of the "Internet of things" - manufacturers come out with internet enabled devices to return data to someone about how we live. Sure, the information gleaned may seem innocuous enough, but when it is all assembled, it can be dangerous. At the very least, it's an invasion into our private lives.

How many people are OK that their phones track them? "Sure, what do I care if big tech/the government knows where I go?" Now apply that to them wanting to charge us 8 cents per mile driven - they can just as easily turn that into 8 cents per mile traveled.

There's a pretty good documentary named "Shadow Government" that gets into the meat of this.

To each their own, but my philosophy is if you don't have the time to put into it, why bother? Part of the fun of smoking a shoulder/butt/whatever, is sitting around tending to the smoker, shooting the shit with friends/family, and knocking back quite a few cold ones.

We'll be a lot better off if our children and grandchildren learn to take a stand, also. If not, they will be weak and soft, and end up like much of the world, who has forgotten those who fought for freedom, and against tyranny and communist dictators.

What really caught my eye is that anywhere in Texas would have someone named Hafedh Azaiez as their school superintendent.

They need to re-air The Waltons. Not remake, but re-air the original series.

That's why they went after Bill Cosby so hard.

The based Cubans in Miami should be there waiting to deal with the Mexicans, as they land.

I don't understand why EVERYONE is so fucking defensive over this, other than they don't want to admit that they're idiots for offering themselves up as guinea pigs.

The gene therapy that they actually need is a tweak to their common sense gene.

What the fuck? WE all saw it coming January 20, when they swore in the CCP puppet.

I don't know why the fucking "experts" couldn't see it coming. Morons, all of them.

I'd guess that any parent taking their kid on a Disney cruise has already submitted their young children for medical experimentation.

No way this is the first time this has happened. If she is still with him after one hit, it's on her.

I told my oldest daughter, after we saw a couple having a bad argument in the grocery store one day, that if she ever found herself in an abusive relationship, I'd help her get out of it, and if she went back to the guy, she'd be on her own. That's assuming he'd still be breathing.

@covfefekaren - check and see if T-Mobile's wireless internet is available at your new address. My wife and I recently moved out into the country, and I was getting discouraged at the lack of internet service providers at our new location. I started looking into satellite services, but didn't like the high cost, low bandwidth, and throttling after surpassing such low usage thresholds. When I found out T-Mobile had a service, and that it was available at our new address, I called and signed up. I was ecstatic to learn of their low price ($50/month if you use autopay), no contract, no cost for their gateway device, and no usage caps.

Hope this helps.
