These types of shows start out ruined, and only serve to melt the viewers mind into mush.
Similar to a subplot in Echo Burning, by Lee Child. The Jack Reacher series of novels are really good reads, but due to the author's liberal tendencies, I sometimes ended up siding with the bad guys. In this instance, it involved shooting illegal border crossers for sport and general principle.
Damn, I love that movie!! I read the book later, and thought I was reading a screenplay. Other than cutting out a couple of scenes for time, the movie was pretty much spot on with the book.

What's really fucked up is that no one involved with the production and content of the show will take an honest to God look at why their numbers have dropped so much. Instead of realizing that no one wants to watch a bunch of trash posing as artists, and trying to fix their industry, they'll blame it on "muh covid" or some other bullshit, then double down on the skank fest..
Until our government overlords have us beaten into submission, and have broken our will to fight back, they have to wear their own muzzles. Once that threshold has been reached, they won't have to wear theirs anymore, but will still demand that the general populace be muzzled.
Just think, if they hadn't beat the shit out of him a couple of years ago, he may have moved on to something else. Their own actions are leading to their full blown exposure - for what it's worth. Too bad there's not a federal law enforcement agency interested in taking them down...

Hahahaha! I work from home too, and went from showering and shaving everyday to showering every three or four days and maybe shaving every two-three weeks. Now I haven't shaved in a couple of months and have a beard.
I pretty much wear the same clothes a week at a time.

That was part of Rush's genius - he didn't answer to anyone. He talked about whatever he wanted to and discussed whatever the callers wanted to discuss.
I agree with the comments below, about Mark Steyn - he'd be the best to cover the 12-3 slot, on Rush Radio. Whoever ends up permanently filling in for Rush, or even if they keep rotating different people to speak into the golden EIB microphone, will be who I listen to. They'll have the freedom to discuss whatever they want and won't have to answer to some PC corporate talking head.
