If you feel endangered for being trapped in the house even just mentally at risk you can go outside. Not even Trump can take that basic human right away from you.

If you need to get a lawyer to sue then get someone who has handled human rights cases. Usually, someone who has handled cases of people in prison. You would be surprised how many prisons attempt to take human rights away from people in prisons.
