You can't use low hanging fruit easy contradictions within the subset of existing women in your argument. Just stick to genetic sex. It's simple, science based, and arguably important for practicing proper medicine on patients when considering specific diseases and illnesses. Example: I wouldn't consider Raynaud syndrome in my differential diagnosis if it was a genetic man because women tend to get it.
