Before they cartoonized the display, it was like a body without clothes on. Full shape and curves. The underwear bomber had some kind of plastique explosive so it was designed to pick up soft items.

What they did with the displays is the computer now does a generic body with anything scanned on top of it. In this case they would have seen a generic female with a package in between the legs.

I might be wrong about how it looks now, but the last I had seen how it worked, was that way.

She really doesn't. She's colossally racist and doesn't think so.

"It was a dashed off over generaluzation"

Yeah, hard to believe they fired the race and inclusion editor for making a racist, over generalization that was wrong, not only in general, but in the particular instance being referred to. It is almist like even USA Today thinks editors should have standards regarding reality and not being racist when you're theoretically about inclusion.

I saw this claim 2 days ago, but wasn't sure if real or a joke.

This is stupid. Nothing about capitalism says that the government needs to be as strong and overbearing as it is. Lobbying only matters because the government took powers over time, and government employees ruled that they could. In both cases, it is the government that is the issue. If you didn't have to pay any taxes, who owns you in capitalism?

This is really one mass shooting and another unrelated one with only 1 person shot. Depending on the races, this could disappear by tomorrow.

No. It was their decision made by a now fired analyst that lead their election coverage. There was no justification to call Arizona that early. The held Alaska and another state for over a day when those states where clearly going Trump. And they then ignored any election fraud evidence. They could have sent their own reporters to interview people and dig into allegations, but they didn't. They just followed the narrative everyone else was going with.

When you have to rely on cheat sheets, you answer a gun question with an infrasruture response and have no clue you just did that

Evergreen is Taiwanese and China is the most impacted by slower shipping times given how much they export. Even if accidental, make people will be paying attention to how this impacts cargo movement.

I unmuted and he was lying. What are the odds that those 15 seconds were the only lies he told during his speech?

Harris laughed at children in cages. This is the clown they want to be President. Those kids were abuaed doing the way, and then will be used to chain migrate "relatives".

I don't think this sound bite will be making the rounds. It throws too many things out there for people to think about. Why wear a mask if vaccinated? Why use a mask if the other person is far away? Why ask someone else to wear a mask when you can fix the situation yourself? Why be so afraid of this after a year, when you haven't died?

Yeah but Rick Santorum won the caucuses in 08 or 12. So who cares what Iowa thinks? The nationwide sentiment is on Trump's side, and that's what matters.

Communism does take those things away. It then gives them to those high up in the party. She only gets to see the people at the top and not the people who were stepped on to enable them to buy versace.

If your leage's revenue is a fraction on the men's, you're not doing the same job. It is like saying the comic who plays to stadiums is doing the same job as someone playing a local bar because they both tell jokes.

California was going for criminal charges in the fires from 3 or whatever years ago. The fines bankrupted the company. So all the utilities are taking brush and tree clearance seriously. Los Angeles county changed their laws so that brush regulations that applied to only high fire danger areas applied everywhere, and homeowners had to pay for the tree and brush clearance. They inspect every year now.

What does she think about the prevalence of black on Asian violence? A journalist might ask something like that.

TonyTreehouse 2 points ago +2 / -0

The only place I've heard of it is college admissions applications. But they distinguish between east asia and whatever the geographic term for India and surrounding is. And that is probably in only a fraction of schools. And no, I have never heard of an Indian being called Asian.

Has any person had a symptomatic infection the second time? In those rare instances of second infections, the people didn't have symptoms, which is the goal. Your body is fighting bacteria and viruses non stop, and you don't have symptoms from it.
