All the lists (I've seen) so far seem to be verified old, or dead and registered, but I haven't seen anything about actual dead people requesting or receiving ballots.

I found a bunch more dead registered voters, but here are the ones I found that applied for an absentee ballot. Deaths and births verified via ancestry.com. All of these death occurred 24+ years ago.

This is non-comprehensive obviously. I'm only looking over a couple of years of deaths. Still running the search.
