They will "need time" to count ballots. Huge scandal with "CERTIFIED MAIL IN BALLOTS" remember the term. Same thing happened in NY and other places during the primaries with a large % of ballots that were not certifiable. This will, in my opinion, ultimately end up with Trump winning.
