So, if I understand it, your politicians are sworn in to office with an oath to uphold the constitution etc etc.

How does that go when they break their oath? We have seen how many Democrats that overtly abhor the constitution, isn't their any kind of punishment for lying during an oath?

G'day,

If Trump started the Trump Party and won the election, what would happen?

Do you think we would see Governors, Senators etc. change to the Trump Party?

And if we started seeing elected representatives change to the Trump Party, would that change anything in States (or wherever) about majority of power? Would they need to start a 'coalition' with Republicans? Lest they side with the Democrats, to give them the majority?

(Please excuse my ignorance in American politics).
