Among many other head-scratching behaviors, this is one that bothers me the most. He was on his way out the door (he lost and he knew there was no way he was going to be president after all appeals were exhausted), he knew that those at the capital were harmless and peaceful, he invited them there himself, and he could have pardoned them all with zero repercussions other than the left calling him names (which is what they were going to do anyway). And ... NOTHING, no support at all. If he thought they were antifa/BLM/Soros infiltrators then he could have publicly said so. Instead ... NOTHING. That's just a complete lack of courage in a leader .. run when your troops are in trouble after you lead them into that trouble.

This ridiculous move by Trump was worsened by him not being able to admit his mistake and change course AND pumping the poison vaccine even to this day.
Humility is the single most important quality of a leader - and by his own admission, Trump has almost zero humility.
Trump's entire 4 year term must be considered when evaluating his Presidency. And this past year of destruction (economic destruction, federal justice system destruction, and physical destruction of American cities) negates all the good of his first 3 years. At the end of it all, Trump is barely above Jimmuh Carter on the list of Presidents .. and he got there all by himself.
Why would they stop something that works better and better every time it is tried?
