I was lucky/unlucky (depend on how you look at it ) to spend the better part of a decade fighting in Iraq & Afghanistan ,then working as a contractor for NGO's around the worlds shit holes & hot spots & then guiding around the globe to see how good we have it here in America.

Well the election went about as good as we could get locally & my family actually know Greg & Steve personally & they are stand up guys ,the older family members have been involved with local GOP for decades (my dad was feet away from the body slam set up as he was ready to punch the moron out). Just a couple of weeks ago we had a perfect example of why we love living here, the family has run a guiding operation as a side line for decades,so l have a few guns & shoot a bit more than most.
Last few years l have looked after the Alpine hunting side of the guiding & been hooked into Long Range Hunting so we have been building some Hi Spec rifles,so l built a 1600 yard range on our Homestead block.My uncle & l just finished building him a 338 Lapua Magnum when he was getting supplies the local Police chief was in there checking how hunting season was going ,so we ended up with a BBQ on my range for 5 Cops ,3 Wardens & the Fire Chief all shooting guns & lined up excited to shoot his 338 Lapua Magnum,my custom 338 Wildcat hunting rifle , new custom 458 Lott & a few of our other toys .
Not many places in the world let alone America that would happen & very few even Western countries where the average Joe gets to personally interact & be friendly with Government officials & representatives no strings attached.
My family were among the first Cattle Ranchers here & we still run Ranch's our family is all born & bred .
I have posted on this before ,my wife & l are moving into that phase of our life where we have our business's purring along ,the Ranch infrastructure at where we want it & sit on a 350 acres Ranch Homestead block we own out right ,with just over 1800 acres we run in partnership with a relative of our Cattle Ranch land surrounding us, in some of the best hunting grounds in America.

All good huh...well.....?? Just a few months ago my wife & l came to the realization that we are looking at Montana being probably 10 years behind a Libtard invasion like Texas.Her family was in the final stages of buying a Ranch that is only really suitable for a working Ranch & in a area cut off for long periods in big winters,at the last minute they were Gazumped by another Silicon Valley invader that paid a ridiculous amount ,well over market price for the land .
I remember back to when Letterman did the media circuit after buying his Ranch here in the 1990's , then show casing it for years after to any media that would have him,to pay for upgrades & led to a massive influx of the big end of town .We call them 3 Winter Dude Ranch's ,they soon find conditions can be harsh & isolated & the novelty wears off after a few years, if all you do is lock yourself in on your couch away from the scary outdoors .
The problem we now see, is now they have worked out owning a lot of land needs a commitment & it is not a Disney fairy tale,they are moving in large numbers into the cities .Montana is tipped to be a IT hub in the near future,with many of the Silicon Valley refugees now taking up positions in local government .
So we now are going to sit down at the start of next year & do some serious thinking on whether we stay here into our retirement over the next decade or look at moving to either a bigger Ranch (meaning taking on huge debt again) here ,or move completely or stick it out & if it becomes a major take over reap the high land prices while spending a few years putting up with the cluster fuck that will ensue .
We are lucky in States like Montana still have a formal rural property code which are referred to as the "Code of the West", a caution adopted by a number of western counties. The Code warns newcomers wishing to locate in rural areas of the county not to assume that their rural road will be plowed immediately after every snowfall, that a farmer's field treatments may raise dust that will drift across the property line, that a rancher's cows may moo on the other side of the property-line fence all night, that if there is an emergency it may take an ambulance, fire truck or sheriff's deputy a while to respond, that rural areas may be subject to uncontrollable wildfires, and more.
Basically, the Code declares, people living in rural areas are and must be more independent, self-regulating and tolerant of local practices and customs than their city-dwelling cousins.
So the short take is Montana is suffering from the same disease the rest of the world suffers from ,based citizens live in the rural areas while Libtards are taking over the cities & local governments,leading to them slowly trying to make it like the Libtard shit hole they crawled out of .

I fought in some of the hairiest Targeted Assets Raids (TAR) l was involved in during my 6 Tours along side Canadian Special Forces, with your Operational Mentor and Liaison Team (OMLT) out of Kandahar in06-07.

He had volunteered to stay behind after his unit had already returned from the Middle East, to help with orientation for their replacements & was 2 weeks out from going home. “To liberate the oppressed.”

We live on our Ranch not far from Reservation Country where l actually drop in game meat for the Elders when l can & that has been in the wind for a while ,in Canada it has been a growing force for a while.I have said for a while, l think after all of slimy Trudeau big talk & no action to their indigenous tribes they could be in for a flash point. I always laugh when morons try to portray places like Canada & Australia as shining beacons ,the way they have treated their indigenous people is Third World level stuff & l have actually worked on the ground with NGO's in some of the worlds greatest shit holes.
We had a Ojibwe clan helping with our pack horses on a Moose hunt around 6 seasons ago & they had 3 daughters wrangling ,that was the first time l had seen woman with natural proper 6 packs that any of the Thots on Insta would pay a surgeon a fortune to get & they would out work most men.it was actually really distracting as you had these slender woman that did not outwardly look strong but were in fact a lean ball of muscle .
I have done a bit of hunting in the Alps in France & Italy & the village woman there are very similar to the traits of the bloodlines shining through Ojibwe ,like l say l really do not know how they are not among the super model crowd.

I do a bit of guiding & have been close friends & spent a lot of time with proud Ojibwe Warriors for over a decade ,we have employed 2 as guides for that whole time & others as needed,them & their families have spent holidays at our Ranch's for as long as l can remember.My largest Moose trophy head was taken on a hunt with 4 of my Ojibwe BFAM,over the years l have also spent months living with them in their off the grid summer hunting/fishing camps living off the land & sharing time with their extended families .
A lot of people do not realize the proud history of this large tribe that were among the best hunters/fishers of any tribes so the early settlers & traders sought them out for their skills.Particularly where we hunt in Canada a lot of the Ojibwe woman could be super models, as the early French Traders /fur trappers would eagerly marry the woman for their connections & then you had a mix of French/Polynesian & Ojibwe coming through & these blood lines make for features like a old Renaissance statue.
The wholesale destruction & vandalism of the Historical artifacts & business's was a utter disgrace .I said at the time the GOP fucked up as normal ,they should have made far more of that disgraceful act by those scumbags .Lets hope they get a real punishment for it & not just the usual slap on the wrist .

We are fortunate & do not really have to advertise anymore & that suits us fine ,so here is some info on us.
My family have run a Outfitters operation from our Ranches since my Grandfather got back from World War 2 & the Government had basically stripped the Ranch's bare of their cattle herds & horses for the war effort & they needed another way to get money to rebuild the Ranch's.
Then when my Dad & Uncles got back from Korea & Vietnam they had seen what overseas offered & they started offering hunts around the world. I mainly handle the overseas hunts especially Alpine hunting for Tahr,Chamois,Goats & Deer etc.
We have been very lucky & have a loyal client base & now my Dad & Uncles are getting on we actually closed our books 2 Seasons ago, preferring to go with quality over quantity with our client base keeping us busy while also running our cattle Ranches.My family has always held firmly that they will only do Free Range hunting so that only caters to a smaller percentage of clients ( l am fine with others doing what they do it just does not interest me ) ,but it is something l am very proud of them sticking to their principles over for all this time.
I am getting to the point where l have got all the infrastructure & good crew & herd base where l am now tossing around setting up a Ranch Boss & for him to look after the day to day side of Ranching & l will take on more guiding & convince my brother to join me as the shine of living the Corp life in Libtard Dallas has finally started to wear off for him.
So at the moment we do not have to do any advertising & it suits me that l am not really in to the whole social media thing (that will be my brothers side ),we get by & good value out of me submitting stuff for a few media & forums sites more aimed at the Professional Hunter side.
If you ever look like getting up to Montana give me plenty of warning (as l travel a lot ) & l may be able to fit you in between guided hunts ,you will just have to cover flights in & food . I do not do much trophy hunting myself now ,l go more for the most challenging hunt l can ,l now actually get more enjoyment getting someone else onto a nice trophy .
