heh, funny you should say people near death have different levels of feeling fulfilled. I really did not feel the need to bring this up but I have been battling cancer in my leg for the last 3 years in my late 20's. PA is different than other states in that they can only open ballots the day of election and later. If they opened ballots any earlier than election day (there have been affidavits that say they did) its against PA election law.
