That form is sexist! It only says "Mr." on the field for the name, no Mrs or Mx! Reeeeeeeeee

Also, this would have totaled $40.42 dollars which adjusted for inflation would have been $809.64. Do you know if this a weekly paycheck, bi weekly or monthly by chance?
