I tend to agree with you here. The vote totals are not going up for each time stamp. It looks as though the tabulations, or reported vote counts, were updated a few times throughout the day. Every time he claims the ratio was “transferred”, it was simply the ratios changing because more votes were reported. Multiple precincts having similar ratios throughout the day doesn’t seem that irregular. If the same ratios were held for long periods of time as more votes were being tabulated, that would scream maleficence. That doesn’t seem to be the case here. I might be wrong, I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t think so. If I’m missing something let me know.
I’m still held up on the ratio issue... Why is it a red flag that multiple precincts have the same ratios? With that many precincts and it seems reasonable that the same ratio may show up in a few places.
