The bald headed idiot holds power because the country is split into what is called "constituencies" but the constituencies are split up very poorly. Think of it like this. Inside Each states would be split up into constituencies. Which ever party has the most constituencies would then win the election. So who ever has the most populated and biggest states could potentially win the election.
