They weren’t counted by hand, they were loaded into the machine and uploads were sent. It wasn’t even a hand recount, it’s all smoke and mirrors with words.

There were a small handful of Democratic operatives in each of the states which coordinated the vote count stoppage on election night. Each of the groups were given a collection of ballots that were 80/20 Biden. After the numbers came in for the real results that night, someone sent a message down to the individual groups how many times they need to scan those ballots in order to overcome the deficit. That’s why they were scanning those stacks multiple times when they snuck at night. This was in each of those states that stopped the count, And only required a small amount of people to do the whole operation.
