You can request all of the data Reddit has on you. If you are in the EU, there are GDPR laws specifically covering you and Reddit has to pay big fines if they can't get it to you within the time frame of the law. It looks like this link is usable by anyone in the world, though.
These GDPR-compliant data requests are a massive pain in the ass for any company, even more so for heavy data-driven companies like Reddit. Your data is in dozens of different databases that likely aren't linked up to play nice together. I'm sure Reddit has some automation to the process but it is a big time sink and costs real money for people to manage this process. It is a gigantic pain in the ass for any company that gets a handful of these a month - imagine if they get thousands, and have a legal deadline to complete the request. If they are doing it right, they not only should be giving you your post history as you know it, but also any info they hold and can tie to your personal info in their marketing databases and other peripheral databases. The GDPR law itself is a huge gigantic clusterfuck and if any EU lawyer 'pedes want to review some results I am sure there is stuff they aren't including that they legally should be just due the fact that there it covers so much.
