If Q is a psyop to promote complacency, it's a waste of time because, honestly, all Q really serves is for yet another way for leftists to degrade right-wingers, which they would do regardless. Other than that Q doesn't really influence much because the people who believe in it are the same types who believed in the John Titor story from over a decade ago -- people who aren't very influential nor useful.
Because Q, despite being phony, is well-versed in matters regarding current events and can weave plausible ideas, such as Admiral Rogers telling Trump about Trump tower being bugged during the campaign.
People who believe in Q, however, are extremely low IQ for the simple matter on that there has been no evidence in Q's favor, and trusting Jeff Sessions et all never materialized.
It's a good idea, but that is essentially an act of war against Pakistan and I was happy with Trump not starting any more wars.
