Expressing disdain for people of a race or religion, possibly based on "one's own lived experience" (don't you dare erase my truth !! REEEE!), should be okay. Citing actual data even when it's unflattering to some "oppressed" demographic...should also be okay. Ridicule, parody or general mockery/memeing/trolling...should always be okay.
