Hey retard, apparently 90% of this site does otherwise the main defense wouldn’t be “it’s fine because he declassified it”

Hey so since we disagree on this, and since you’re so smart and this will clearly get thrown out right? But forget all that and explain to me why you are comfortable with a former president taking him classified nuclear information with him. Why do you think he would need that or want that?

I just think it’s very strange how the argument in here has basically been “it’s ok for him to have done that” and not asking WHY he did it. Why would he feel the need to have nuclear documents? I’m not comfortable with any president having top secret documents outside of office, whether I voted for him or not

You are wrong

“ Documents containing RD/FRD are exempt from automatic declassification and must be reviewed by DOE prior to release.”

https://sgp.fas.org/othergov/doe/rdfrdhtm.html#I3

Not only are you wrong, but it’s extremely alarming how you are vehemently defending taking top secret nuclear information, and not wondering what was going to be done with it

https://sgp.fas.org/othergov/doe/rdfrdhtm.html#I3

“ With the advent of nuclear weapons and their enormous destructive capability, the United States recognized the need to establish a special classification system to ensure that its nuclear secrets were well protected. On August 1, 1946, President Truman signed the Atomic Energy Act of 1946 which established the category of classified information known as "Restricted Data" (RD). This Act gave the Atomic Energy Commission (now the Department of Energy (DOE)) unilateral authority over this information. The 1946 Act was superseded by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 which established another category of classified information known as "Formerly Restricted Data" (FRD) for which DOE and the Department of Defense have joint responsibility. This pamphlet provides a brief orientation to the RD and FRD classification system.”

I’ve showed you my source, The Atomic Energy Acts of 1946 and 1954 , look it up yourself multiple multiple sources saying there are 2 things the president can not declassify

How about you show me some sources showing that he can?

And again, it is wild that you are defending this action, and not explaining why you think he should have that information and what would he do with it?

Man if you want to be in denial then whatever that’s up to you. I have a line, trump hasn’t crossed it yet, but if this is true this is where my line is crossed

But honestly I think it’s not only sad but scary that you are defending this. You are defending a president taking top secret nuclear information. If that was true what do you think his purpose in having it would be?

If Biden did that you would want him to pay and you know. And you would be right

Whatever you say faggot. You can’t imagine how funny it is being accused of something you didn’t do

He didn’t have the authority to do it, that’s the thing man.

I’ve been rooting for him, but I think (hope) everyone has a line, and this would be mine
