There is a big catch and this is a half ass attempt compared to Florida! The executive order only applies to public agencies and organizations that receive state funds. If the Texas Governor is serious about preserving people's freedom, he needs to ban all businesses from being able to use vaccine passports like Desantis did in Florida. Otherwise monopolies who are in cahoots with the great reset agenda will enforce the passports.
