that line of dots in the middle should be evening out to a flat line all the way, but it jumps up or curves up in all the questionable states. it's based on statistical analysis of votes received for both candidates.

SIMPLE VERSION: The line is suppose to start blurry, get tighter, and fall slightly as counting continues and votes from rural areas arrive. the dots indicate vote batches (shipments), up is Biden and down is Trump.
If the line rises or jumps suddenly in either direction (especially after a counting pause!) it indicates that there is a tampering problem.
