It's what I do quite often when I regain my composure. But you are right. I shouldn't make wild assumptions like that.
The sad truth is that treatment, as is, doesn't help most people. Especially when forced. The whole treatment system needs a revamp before we could even consider relying on it. I've been through it and it made things worse but I don't want to get into detail atm.
