I wanted to support your stance as to diversity by listing what I see on some scientific papers. Note, corporations could hire more old people too, and keep long-seasoned employees (rather than firing) as well. Note, I don't believe in the faked up diversity solely meant to destroy companies and countries, but you seem articulate and probably capable....and I believe people ought to be given a chance
