My family tried to mock me about Biden winning when AP first called it. I just laughed at them and told them it's far from over. A couple of them told me to put my money where my mouth is, collecting from this bet will be so so so sweet.
I mean to me, you have to be bitchy, ask for a manager, AND have that short haircut. That's the original Karen, it's been a meme for years, the "I need to speak to your manager haircut".
With that said, I've noticed a shift in the name now being used to describe anti-maskers or trump supporters speaking out.
The damn left ruined yet another good meme as the original Karen was pretty damn accurate. Now it's lost meaning to me.
The Shell by my house is white owned and masks are a must, no exceptions. Literally right next door the am/pm is Indian owned, their employees NEVER wear a mask. One time I was there with a cop shopping wearing a mask (me with no mask including employees) and not even a second look. People are fairly over this but they feel they have to follow these mandates. Anyways not a hard choice for me who is getting my business.
My understanding is they did knock, also admitted by boyfriend. Also to get a no knock warrant isn't as easy as any other warrant, so the fact that they had one with her name on it shows she was much deeper than media portrays. I'm not defending no knock warrants as a whole, but it's not like they hand wrote it and showed up shooting. It went through a process.
