I feel shame evertime I see a story like this..
In 2010 I took my 3yo to a new playground one day, and there were a group of kids from a local orphanage.
There was an adorable 3yr blonde, boy playing with my son. A couple of the ‘black lives matters’ kids from the orphanage came over and started to harass them both.
I interceded, and asked the blonde orphan his name. The BLM kids interrupted him and said ‘His name is ‘NOBODY’!’
The blonde kid shutdown, stopped talking and hung his head.
I asked the ‘supervisors’ what home they were with, but they wouldn’t tell me.
I wanted to adopt that kid and rescue him, but I could never find his home or him.
One of several regrets of my life. 😰
