Democrats don’t do anything without an agenda or end goal in mind. They have been pushing mail in ballets hard. It’s because they know that in democrat controlled states, cities, etc, voting sites will be closed last minute citing covid thus not allowing republicans who wait for Election Day to vote (www.politico.com)
