Those “meters” take into account the outstanding votes and in what precincts, along with expected vote ratio in those precincts.

This when it swung from 95% Trump to Biden, it reflects a massively disproportionate number of votes coming in from precincts way beyond projected number and vote ratios, in favor of Biden.

2000 wasn’t overturned because it wasn’t considered decided, despite Bush’s original lead that persisted in every recount. There were no recounts that ever showed Gore winning. The count and original certification were confirmed.

Some media-funded liberal group did a recount after that, to try and cast Bush as illegitimate, with all assumptions maximized supposedly to favor Gore. It ended up increasing Bush’s lead.

His schtick is also being outraged. It’s easier to be outraged, and a lot more material, when the opposition is in charge.

No variation of recounts ever showed Al Gore with a lead in Florida in 2000. Yet the new media never talked about Bush being the winner.

The media is using their power to create an impression, and mock and twist politicians into agreeing and validating.

The Harvard admissions officers I have interacted with, as recently as a couple of months ago, have all been young, supremely liberal females. They are falling all over themselves to assure you that your skin color matters, that they are at the peak of progressive thought, etc.

These are the people reading the admissions essays. I am surprised that 10% of Harvard freshmen are not liberals.

Newsflash: if you cheated, you didn’t win.

If I get a 99 on an exam and it is shown that I cheated, do I still get an “A” in the class?

It’s funny, no news program “called” Florida for Bush during the > 1 month contested election in 3000 Bush v Gore. Only when the Supreme Court decided was it finalized.

Why are conservative news outlets “calling” clearly contested states? They are assuming potentially fraudulent ballots are to be counted which is false. Statistical analyses show that vote updates in key states were extremely anomalous and require explanation and validation.

In a sense it doesn’t matter since SCOTUS will be deciding what to do. But these news organizations seem to ignore the contested nature of this election. Only after SCOTUS resolves, Biden concedes, or Trump concedes will the election no longer be contested.

While it takes 67% to remove, a simple senate majority for Dems could mean:

Reversal of the Trump tax cuts. Bye bye, jobs! Hello, new taxes!

Constant senate investigations

New epa laws that will cripple Dems political enemies.

New laws across the board for green new deal, anti-2A, “hate speech” laws that invalidate 1st A, etc.

We HAVE to keep the Senate.

These would happen even with Trump as president as the Dems will be in a strong negotiating position. The president can veto everything but eventually a totally dem Congress can put him in a position where he HAS to compromise or America gets hurt. That’s how the Dems roll.

This is a server in Germany tabulating and possibly manipulating US votes.

The only way national security will be harmed would be to NOT act on it and have the wrong president coronated.

I say coronated because he wouldn’t have been elected.

The duty of the national security apparatus is to quickly assess and act on the info. Federal judges and certainly SCOTUS are capable of reviewing national security issues appropriately. They do it all the time.

Giuliani did us the service of telling us what he is going to present in court. They called it an “opening statement,” or summary. The details are for the court, which for civil litigants must meet a preponderance of the evidence standard. That means if the cumulative evidence that there was fraud in some districts which affected the state election outcome is more on the side of “yes” than “no,” then some correction must occur. The standard isn’t proof or even beyond a reasonable doubt. It is preponderance of the evidence.

The states incapable of running a fair election may have to have their electors stripped. And citizens can only blame their elections officials for running a corrupt process. If no candidate gets 270 EV then the presidency is decided by the house, one vote per state.

I’d rather see all bad votes thrown out rather than disenfranchise real voters. But if the fraudulent votes cannot be separated and are enough to change the state outcome, their election is void.

Same day registration doesn’t triple the number of voters. And if it does, it’s a joke. In some districts there are more votes than living human beings - including children and those ineligible to vote.

I find it repugnant that this dipshit needs to broadcast his medical degree as if that makes him anything special... but that not being enough, he lists his masters degree after his medical degree.

How about where you went to high school, Jeremy?

Physicians worth a damn don’t list their degree on social media in their username. It is gauche and unbecoming to do so. Build a reputation on the strength of your thinking, not where you went to school.

Why would mail in ballots be used for in-person voting.

The former require envelopes, postage, etc.

In person voting is in person. Not mail in.

Did you mail your ballot? Did you receive it by mail in your mailbox? If not, it was not a mail in ballot.

Mail in ballots are by definition, mailed in.

It’s even in the name.

Start from here:

Is there any scenario, other than overwhelming electoral fraud, that could result in districts reporting 350%+ the number of votes as they have registered voters?

The answer is... no. There is no other possible explanation.

The tactics by which it was accomplished are just details. One of the memes where Biden’s winning hand is 5 aces is exactly appropriate. You cannot win a hand of regular single deck poker with 5 aces because the impossibility of it proves the fraud. And districts with 350% overvote are the same way.

No rational person can claim that a 350% overvote can occur in a legal, proper election.
