They don't dismiss cases because they don't want to "look at the evidence," they dismiss cases because they follow the law and the law is technical. If you don't have standing, to hear your case would be illegal.

They are currently stealing the georgia runoff so there is not even an honest attempt at reform. Anybody who says just try again in 2024 is a total sucker or crooked and that goes for everybody. The stole it out of power in 2020. by check_the_signatures
