Well, Section 230 says they can't be sued. I'm not clear that that's the same as being charged with a crime and arrested. Rule 230 doesn't give you carte blanche to undermine the country through subversion and treason.

This is what I think. The FBI, CIA, NSA, etc. are just swamp. They serve no purpose. To the contrary, they all work to subvert our duly elected president. I say just erase them.
