If you use salt water, you will want to rinse them real well with distilled water so you don't taste the salt. This is the method I use on all my rinse-able filters for my mouth & nose breather in my workshop.
Also, masks do shit to protect you from a virus or others from you without full PPE, including your feet.

I do not know how the device worked, but I do know that most of his public interviews were planned responses to planned questions. I do know that his device was capable of having stored responses in it and that is how he could do so many long responses.
I have seen many devices that control wheelchairs that are all sorts of interesting and seemingly impossible contraptions. I would assume a full intelligent speaking translator would be doable and I bet he had university research departments falling down at his feet to make one.
Isn't this now politicking? Would that not be against the law?
