ICX Dominion machines print the ballot with all of the voters' choices kept in barcodes and not the actual ballot. How did they recount these without tabulators? They claimed to hand count the ballots but I can't imagine a normal person doing that without equipment

Is Wisconsin's Supreme Court conservative? I think the 160,000 ballots that allegedly came from 'detained' voters has a good shot since Democrat clerks told people the wrong information.

But then again Arizona is already investigating ballots with Court approval. And Nevada has some very strong legal arguments.

I have a physics background so I'm trying to match up the mathematical analysis of Edward Solomon with some conceptual details.

1. I know Georgia uses Dominion machines that prints bar codes on ballots. How many other states use THIS version of Dominion? Furthermore how could these ballots be hand counted if the information requires a machine to decode this data?

2. Prior to the election the Secretary of State in Georgia distributed USB drives for the Dominion machines. Are there any articles reporting similar acts in Michigan & Pennsylvania in particular?

He should be served with federal charges right now. Better yet, have an FBI or CIA agent casually ask him if he's communicating with foreign heads of state. He's doing so by falsely labeling himself president elect so he actually is violating the Logan Act.

I know it's an antiquated law but Democrats wouldn't hesitate doing this to us. Trump could even joke about pardoning him... after Trump's 2nd inauguration

A duplicate ballot is one that is made when the normal machines can't determine the voter's intention for whatever reason - ink, improper folding, jams, coffee stains... etc

On average a large country will experience between 20-50 THOUSAND ballots of this category. To make matters worse, some scanners use AI to 'fix' the ballots. The new ballot is used instead of the old one so now you have both physical & AI evidence unless you check the old ballots.

Furthermore if someone knew that just bending the ballots too much would get it involved in this separate tabulation - doesn't that create an inappropriate incentive?

Because Alito has taken up the Pennsylvania case, there's now legal disputes that make the safe harbor deadline null and void - at least for Pennsylvania.

He set the date to complete the response & reply by December 9th, 1 day afterwards.

The safe harbor deadline is really meant to stop people from challenging elections right before the electoral college anyway. That's not the case

This is just a minor gripe. In 1876 the president wasn't decided until 48 hours before inauguration day. We have a lot of legal discussions from then and 2000 explaining what would happen in these circumstances.

If nobody is chosen by inauguration, the House Speaker becomes acting president until House delegations reach a majority agreement. First, Pelosi is currently fighting to even retain her speakership, but more importantly the speaker would only take that role to keep a head of state if a national emergency required a warm body.

And as of right now the Senate will be 52-48 Republican or 50-50 so Pelosi wouldn't even be able to sign new laws into place because she couldn't break ties without a VP. It would also be political suicide for any moderate to try to pass legislation during a temporary administration

They've outlived their usefulness. The Democratic Party is the oldest political party in any representative Republic & Republicans aren't far behind.

Republicans are more cowards than traitors but people like Kemp are quickly proving that distinction to be meaningless

Devote just a few moments every day making politicians & courts piss in their pants at the idea of this fraud being perpetuated into next year.

1. Post how mad you are. Link to the evidence. Keep your MAGA flags and gear in the public.

2. Turn off Fox, Daily Wire and all that fence sitter BS. Shapiro at one time said Trump was as bad as Clinton. Hold no loyalty to sources unless they defend the Republic.

3. Call every Republican politician you can. Email them. Better yet, reach them by Twitter. Even better? Write to their home addresses.

4. Swarm any milquetoast Republican or Independent and DEMAND that they fix this. Follow them. Show up to the properties they own. Remind them you're watching everything they do.

5. Donate to the legitimate legal battles. Nevada & Arizona right now have very strong cases but they need funding now that Democrats have noticed that the judges there are more open to inquiry.

6. Keep the fraud memes going. We're fighting a propaganda war. If you received multiple ballot applications, share your story. Bring up ballot harvesting you've seem. De-legitimize this "election" every single day.

7. If you're in any position to do so, announce your organization, company, department, etc recognizes that Donald Trump won the 2020 election.

8. Don't be afraid to break some eggs. If the left can harass Republicans at dining halls, then I think it's even more appropriate for conservatives to show we're fed up. Don't be nice. Dig up dirt whenever a Republican like Kemp emerges.

9. If you can afford the consequences, civil disobedience is key. I'm not suggesting anyone destroys private property that doesn't belong to them. That's immoral. Your neighborhood liquor store didn't do this. But there's some interesting ways you can make a stance. I used to be a hard-core activists. We used to visit politicians' addresses & leave news articles all over their property that we thought they were ignoring.
