I got to watch it...one thing to note here JIC....I'm not saying this is not fraud, we have to be careful though.... given this is in a non swing and red state....there IS A CHANCE, that these ballots had some mistakes, then re-transcribed as we have seen in other videos. Teams of two, one reading off, the other filling in the ballot. People initially thought THAT was fraud when it isn't. When they do have to fill out another ballot to replace the bad one, the bad one must be discarded. This 'may' be all that happened here. It may even be easy to verify... Look up the names on the ballot, and see if the ballot was eventually recorded and the vote is correct. They could even contact the people who's ballots were in the trash to look it up for themselves. If they find their vote is recorded and for Trump....no fraud.
