This is a new avenue of investigation/data. Hasnt been confirmed in audited recounts; those have been largely a waste of time so far in GA. Project Veritas busted them and Rudy has commented on that.

Probably not yet. This just dropped. Similar to when the citizen research on vote totals dropped that ended up being tweeted by trump and cited by his legal team. It will prove solid.
