Yes. It's more than that though. What will happen is the cases get merged together, so just need some wins or appealable cases, not all. We just need enough cases so that a decision by scotus could be outcome determinative.
Just read Djt4P v. Hobbs complaint. This is super narrow regarding a couple hundred votes. There are big cases and small narrow cases with little potential impact. No cause for concern. Don't need to win every case, just enough to get desired remedies or appealable rulings in some of them. No loserthink
Which case? I didn't watch. It's important to understand these are not a jury trials, they are trying to convince Judge to grant preliminary relief, or build a record for appeal. I used to be a trial attorney. Big difference between convincing a judge or building a record for appeal than convincing a jury. Look at complaint of the case and see what exactly the relief being sought is.
Attorney (recovering) here. That case had nothing to do with elections, so can't imagine SCOTUS being bound here by any precedent set in that case.
Netanyahu is putting Israel First. Nothing wrong with that. Isn't it best for Israel if they are on good terms with whichever party ends up in office? I believe it will be and should be Trump, but u gotta cover your bases if you're Israel. I could be biased here as I am a Yid and Israel is important to me personally.
