God works in the heart and starts with far greater truths that US political affiliation. Over time as a Christian matures they will see where Satan is and how he is working; and it's not just in the US Democrat party.
A common thing a young Christian would do is place importance of the application of one truth that they have found to be beautiful, deep, important, and influential above others. This allows Satan to divide and bring disunity and ultimately anger and tribal hate.
A Christian will be marked as a worshiper of Truth, Love, and Life; and it's avatar Jesus. A Christian will put first these things and it will produce the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self control. Even if the Christian is murdered for such behavior.
I'm sorry but I must downvote you. Trump and the US can be cast away and Jesus is all that matters -- Jesus is Truth, Love, and Life incarnate. I yield to Jesus and what he is in character. No. Most people are yet to see the top. The real conspiracy is far crazier than most accept. God exists. Angels and demons exist. Their is always a man who walks among us who is possessed by Satan and does his bidding. Arresting Sorrows barely cuts the tail from the snake. Given the existence of a spiritual world; arresting the current leader of Satan's work does nothing but leave him to posses another. Our weapons in the spiritual world consist of accepting the Truth. Letting it transform our minds. And patiently, diligently, and with all manner of love walking with others as they apply the Truth to their heart. This can and will behead the snake. SPOILER ALERT God wins, the snake is beheaded, the universe is righted and returned to us to rule over for all of eternity. But there is a twist, God sweetens the prize for those that persevere; we will also inherit his power and the heavenly realms too.
I went through a period in my life where I struggled with my Christian world view because in some ways it amounts to the greatest conspiracy theory ever. A cosmic spiritual battle in an unseen world between God and Satan over our souls. I leaned in and accepted this as true well before people accepting conspiracy theories became as popular as they are now. The Bible says that the antichrist will be outed in the last days. My new theory is that this is how he will be outed. Accepting conspiracy theories will become more and more mainstream. Until one day the argument among people will not be over conspiracy theories but which one. This will simmer for a while until even the most insane conspiracy theory gains real traction:

This won't "take them out" and as it reduces them it would be a slow multi year reduction as the claw and scream. It would give perfect prodding for communities to move.

But the end is known. God wins. And he rescues those that persevere. And all the suffering is so very worth it. We inherit the universe and worlds not seen; we inherit the power of God.
