I have had to get SBA and HUB participation... and many of these companies... literally only exist, to basically be a money funnel for these BS HUB participation programs. They get their 3-5% cut just because they have minority status. I’ve also tried to supplement work with many of these HUB companies... and no experience has ever been positive..
