Psy-op to give justification to lock down major cities leading up to Jan 6.
Psy-op to link this with some kind of 'right wing extremism.'
Local real-estate developer hoping to drop land values.
Disgruntled former employee.

Graham is located just east of Ft Lewis near Puyallup WA. Probably couldn't get a court, even a based one to convict of High Treason without a foreign country being directly implicated and caught red handed interfering in the election results.
