So... I'm pretty sure my cats are MAGA. Where do I sign them up?
Willis H Carrier, I salute you!
That's awful... But what does it have to do with anything?
Was planning on 3 or 4. We currently have 6.
That poem gives me chills every time I read it!
You've already gotten a lot of good advice. I too want to emphasize that God made you and God loves you. Think of the love you feel for your sons and understand that this love is a fraction of the love that God feels for you. He did not make a mistake when he made you. And he most certainly did not make a mistake when he made Europeans, in general. Work on things that make you a better person and make sure your family knows you love them. (((Hugs)))
Looks like some sort of pear tart...
Edit - here we go! Pear pizza with walnuts and glazed figs.

More cowbell!!!!
Congratulations and good luck! Child # 3 it's when you have to switch from a "man to man" to a "zone" defense.
I only kneel before God.
My sister is on a facebook rampage defending this garbage. I'm putting this quote on her posts as soon as I get off of work.
Thanks for your help!
Good idea. I pulled up the oig report of the crossfire hurricane fisa applications and threw out some of the quotes about how sloppy and bad everything was on such an important case.
Next, I'm going to find a good article on Flynn.
As I always tell the kids, "God gets to choose and he knows best." Or as the kids say, "you get what you get, and you don't throw a fit." Enjoy your snuggly bundle of sleep deprivation!
Congratulations! Little boys are wonderful - I have a pile of them (plus one little princess). These children are the most important thing I will ever do and are the most marvelous blessing. I have, however, been know to ask God, "please Lord, don't bless me 'till you break me," because the responsibility is huge and the work is constant. Best advice I can give is to remember that you and your wife are a TEAM (working together you can take on the world, fight each other and it all devolves quickly). Also, as the older kids grow, make sure you assign them age appropriate chores - it helps a lot!
Gaaah! Sometimes the stupidity of living in this state is physically painful.
A Zorro mask might be fun too!
The governor is requesting a rapid review by the state supreme court. I hope to God this sticks! I went to church for the first time since this all broke out, on Sunday. The congregation was limited to less than 25, so the church was virtually empty, but it was so good to be back!
I live in a red, rural area of a very blue state. A couple of weeks ago, probably half of the people I saw in the grocery store were wearing masks. Yesterday it was down to maybe 25 percent. Both stores I went to were pretty crowded. Nobody was trying to stay 6 feet away from each other in the ailes. I did notice there were arrows taped to the floor in Walmart, but nobody was paying them any mind. So there is hope!
My state is limiting church services to 25 starting on the 15th. My church is using an event ticket software, where you have to register and get a ticket to go to mass. I totally scored tickets for Sunday mass on the 17th. My family alone takes up a third of the allowed attendees. We will be worshipping in a nearly empty church. My church is huge and could easily accommodate at least 100 with social distancing. My Bishop put out a video message the other day and you can tell he's starting to chafe under the restrictions. I hope he revolts! I'd go to an illegal mass in a heartbeat!
Mass is being livestreamed both at the parish and diocesan level, which I really appreciate - but it just isn't the same. I actually teared up while watching my Bishop say the Easter mass this morning because this isn't how Easter is supposed to be. I will be back at real mass as soon as it is available (with my gaggle of children along with me), whether sanctioned by my Democrat Governor or not. I'm wondering how long the Church will put up with this.
Good article. I posted it to my Facebook page to try and break through the gloom. My feed is all mask making instructions and posts imploring me to stay in my house. I'm trying to throw out good and encouraging news whenever I can.
Oooooh! This is the first time I've pressed the deport button. How exciting!
