Get out of my brain. Completely agree. I think 1st amendment rights are most pressing and Rushing seems the strongest there. Boom. Verdict..... But the others are ok. Against rushing.... White and will be seen as pence-y kind of conservative.
Calm down. First, these judges are a bit of a crapshoot. You can only know if someone is liberal or not, not if they are a conservative by their previous rulings. Conservatives follow the law and authority, so if put on the court they can easily drift left.
So the only way to get a conservative is by intangibles and word of mouth. This is hard. It will be imperfect. There isn't just finding another Thomas. It ain't going to happen.
So you have to understand how they think and how they live. Who are they connected to and why? Everyone says Barrett is brilliant. Maybe. I don't know. Everyone says Lagoa Is pro-life. Maybe . I don't know. I would probably disagree with a good amount of barrett stuff, but I can guarantee she's pro-life. I might disagree with a lot of lagos stuff, but I can reasonably expect she's pro second amendment. I kind of like Allison Rushing because I know she's clearly pro first amendment. But who knows how she would decide other things.
We can only know certain things here. Trump knows more but still only some.
It comes down to which is most important right now. What do you think?

Seriously though the former soviets of this generation are like second generation immigrants. They grow up hearing the stories of the old ways and hate them violently. Just be warned their kids tend to grow up romanticizing the age of grandparents- so expect post Putin, around 2030 the first waves of the soviets weren't so bad nonsense.
