Trump has said nothing about letting this system play out. He has only talked about the fraud and cheating that is going on. This tells me he wants us to lose faith in the system, rather than wait for the system to play out.
This is good IMO because it means he's getting ready to show the world just how broken this system is because of the amount of cheating. Once he goes on to win, we will have all the justification to finally pass voter ID and to totally revamp our election systems, thus securing future elections. Enjoy this time pedes, we are witnessing history.
This isn't a "conspiracy theory" anymore. They use blackmail techniques and they pass money through family members of politicians and other famous/rich people in order to control and influence our country. Most of us here have known that for a long time but now we have actual proof. And you have to ask yourself, if THAT is true, it lends credibility to many other "conspiracy theories" we've known about...

If anything purported to be raw information is released, the media will find a whore to author some bullshit debunking of it, and the usual charlatans like Malcolm Nance will come forward and offer some over dramatized hyperbolic reaction to it which will be carefully written by professional writers, and then those phrases will trend and be repeated on SNL and late night shows for maximum impact.
We saw this happen with the "hacking" of the DNC. You had stories like 17 intelligence agencies and their "proof" was something about how the IP addresses and other techniques coincided with "known" Russian ops - all of which was bullshit but normal people don't know any better.
As for the pace of things - unlike Wikileaks which is a professional whistleblowing organization who has been doing this shit for years, guys like Rudy and others know that they are up against the slimiest Preet Bharara type lawyers who will use every dirty trick in the book if they slip up in any way. I suspect that there are all sorts of lawyers from the various parties looking at this shit and issuing very loud cautions and guidelines about what is allowed and when they can say what. At the end of the day if you go for a play like this and you slip or miss, the backlash could kill you. This is radioactive material. If it's in your possession or you publish it in any way and you slip up, you're done.
Another dimension is that this is not unilateral publishing, there is an enemy so it's a poker and chess match. Why release proof now? If they deny authenticity of the emails, then you hit them with the proof. A lot of stuff is always saved for tactical reasons in case the enemy says something, it becomes infinitely more effective when you can catch them lying as opposed to releasing that information and not getting the lie as a bonus.
Timing is another factor - tactically my preferred time to release anything resembling a smoking gun will be a few hours before the debate. This is true for both sides. If the D's are sitting on something weapons-grade, they could release it just before the debate as well. A lot of times both teams know what the other has, and so some info is often saved as a counter-punch.
Let's say there's a disturbing photo - the way I'll release it is on the morning of the debate. Social media will erupt, the censors will erupt, there will be complete chaos and madness. Scrambling for cover, the whores will be brought in front of cameras to run interference. You will have clowns like Jeffrey Toobin and other degenerates who will fall on a few grenades by saying some outlandish shit like it's a deepfake or some BS. These creatures are usually kept around by feeding them women to prey on and covering up for them, that way they're always at their mercy because they can dump them anytime with a MeToo. The best time to release additional photos will be after one of these clowns says its fake, that way you get the bonus benefit of destroying one of their acolytes.

Right now they want people stationed outside polling stations on election day 11/3 because this petition requires all signatures on a page to be from the same city/township, not just county. The thought is everyone going into your polling station will be registered and will be registered in that city/township.
