It is so weird that they act like voting is some difficult or brave task. I put more effort into ordering my dinner tonight than I did my vote. Early polls opened, I went to my poll, waited 5 minutes, spent 5 minutes voting, got my sticker, went to work and made it into work 15 minutes early.
I spent at least that long deciding between Chinese food or pizza, considering I have both UFC and the Astros to watch tonight, and if I should focus on more snacky finger food type servings or large family style stuff. I went with Chinese with a lot of egg rolls and crab puffs. No mask, several fingers of Hendrix, and grim determination.
I am no tax expert, but I work on the legal side in real estate, and from what I know, once you do decide to sell the asset, you still almost always use a 1031 tax free, like kind exchange to avoid the capital gains hit and maintain the original basis. There are much more sophisticated tricks to ultimately dodge that big eventual hit but that veers into estate planning (Family trust, Family limited partnerships, conveying to younger generations but taking back a note and lien so they essentially buy it from the family but it is still ultimately their inheritance that they are paying into, etc.) and is more out of my wheelhouse. But these are standard tactics that we address in every single purchase and sale agreement we negotiate. This NYT hit piece can only effect the clueless and most likely led to aggressive eye rolling from several democrats who are involved in real estate, but I am assured they do not have enough shame to complain about fake news that could hurt Trump.

I don't know the right term for that cabal, but it is obviously funded and powered by certain elites that want to see American power degraded to enable further domination of the global economy by certain non-state elite actors. They have no true overarching goals beyond take as much as they can, be it power or wealth. How they got their hooks in these individuals is unsure, but honeypot then blackmail seems to be the standard operating procedure.

Claim is sodium nitrates that were previously seized were being stored. Whether the storage was attacked, who knows, but that is why it went from smaller fire/explosions to mega explosion real quick. It was a ship loaded with sodium nitrate.
