Nope. He had a criminal history, an active warrant, and escalated the situation with his actions, no question. Zero tears shed for him, or any criminal of any color for that matter.
That said, cops shouldn't be judge/jury/executioner and she CLEARLY fucked up, so her 2nd Deg charge is justified. Police aren't infallible and need to be held accountable for their actions when they fuck up.
