IMO, do the recount in a Poker Room of a Casino. You have cameras overhead, cameras in the poker table, and microphones. The tables sit 11 people, but if you put people in every other seat, you can sit 5 or maybe even 6. Observers watch every vote counted from a control room that records every table for playback, if needed.
Well, that’s what I meant to say.. forgot to include the word electoral. They get to choose the electors, and I feel they would choose electors to vote the way the legislature asks them to. Of course, the chosen can double-cross them, but it’s a bit of a stretch since that’s what the legislature would be basing criteria off of
