.75 ÷ 2 = .375 (relative Trump vote value)

3 ÷ 5 = .6 (3/5ths Compromise representational apportionment value

Most of what's in the bill appears to require constitutional amendment and ratification, or perhaps SCOTUS tortured logic a la ACA or perhaps after court packing is accomplished.

So important for any election fraud documentation projects to expose the rigging and reveal the disenfranchisement already accomplished and, as this bill demonstrates, still underway.
