Secession is the most humane solution to the problems of the country. There will be a reckoning in the future, and we would do best to entertain secession, as it is likely the only peaceful option on the table. Why do we need to have all 350 million people of the US ruled by a few thousand people in DC? Does that sound sane at this point in time? To protect against some prideful fear of China becoming the new hegemon? Who cares?
