Sure, use some mechanical aids to do the simple tallies with the older filled in boxes on the paper ballots, but you perfectly described all it has to be and there was no room for improvement there, except for if you wanted to fuck it up, which is what they managed to do.

I owed money and had to use the irs site to update their information in order to get any pay out. Got the first round really late but got it nonetheless. This round we got it yesterday...

Go grocery shopping, wait in obnoxiously long lines. Store is packed but only 1/4 of the lines are open for check out. Self check out is all fucked too, because everyone's a retard and then the grocers on check out are all like "I don't give a fuck" and take their time. Can't blame them, but you can because of all this minimum wage increases - work how you're getting paid at least. Anyway - back to the techno shit - wait in line and then have a worker try and help someone check out, they take FIFTEEN FUGGEN MINUTES to log in to the kiosk (why the fuck is kiosk a word here these days?) too check them out... Meanwhile everyone is backing up in the line because they were supposed to direct the traffic to the registers but instead were trying to do the right thing to help check more people out. WOW THIS TECHNOLOGY IS REALLY HELPING EVERYTHING OUT!!
