Yes, Some of the index is redacted. BUT if you check the referenced lines, sometimes it's NOT redacted in the main text. Example:
PG 135, Line 7: "President Clinton"
Go to Pg 450 (Index pg 31) and look at the Redacted word between "Present and Press" And it lists usage at 135:7 (Pg 135, line 7).
Then look at page 425 (Index page 6) and the redacted word in column TWO also shows 135:7.
THE only possible words that could be alphabetically indexed and used in 135:7 are President Clinton.
This isn't some Windtalker WW2 cypher type shit, It's literally basic matching and logic.

If it fits alphabetically, and it's used in multiple locations and ONE of the fucking locations isn't Redacted, it's super easy to say "WELL THAT'S THE WORD!"
EVERY FUCKING WORD of the entire DOCUMENT is in the index. EVERY WORD.

That is a random number generated example.
Also, if it says "WORD 123:45,67" Then that means Page 123, Line 45 AND line 67.
Also, the usage is in numerical order. So if you're looking for something on page 1 line 1. it will always show up in the index as the first used position of the word.
WORD 1:1, 123:45 (Word is found on Page 1, line 1 AND again page 123, line 45)
Also, page 5, line 24 only has three entries that I can find in the index.
