Its easier to poll city centers (over sampling of dems and city Republicans) and then pollers "weigh" certian groups (depending on how much they think they will show up on election day) then on top of that polls weigh in what they think "turnout" will be.
Im underselling the difficulty, there's a lot more other factors, and polling is a real skill, but there's some 'art' to it also.

Dont remember. Just remember hitting a point where I finally decided to see what all the shrieking was about, and found out that even if I didnt agree with Trump I saw where he was coming from. Then I started keeping up with the Mueller report and noticed every 'bombshell' fizzled hard, and realized people were jumping to conclusions on that front too. Then I noticed that people were jumping to conclusions on Kavanaugh. So I guess congrats Democrats if you wouldn't have jumped the shark over and over again you wouldnt have to worry about my straight party ticket.

Basically yes. I also think that the US tests its own top secret technology on ourselves. Like that navy video of the ufo coming out the other month. It's waaay safer to test our tech on ourselves qnd against the very best in the world. Not saying aliens arnt real or anything like that, I actually like reading about ufo and that stuff. I just think at the moment the US Government is a better explanation than aliens.
I air more on the side that the US makes high tech spy technology then bring in scientists to "identify" it to see if it can be traced back to us in a worst case scenario.

From my understanding quite a few polls have weighed the results because they are expecting a very large turnout of voters. Then again I think gallup last week said they dont expect a large turout at all. So who knows.
